Recently I received a copy of Frank Macchia’s book, Jesus the Spirit Baptizer: Christology in Light of Pentecost (Eerdmans, ). So far, I have read the first two and concluding chapters. Therefore, though I have not yet got to the heart of the book, I find it already, deeply edifying, eloquently readable, and consistently inspiring in 5/5(1).
